Shipping and return policy
When you place your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days, after processing we will get your order shipped out to you. When order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking number and how to track it. All orders is shipped out through USPS and should arrive within 1-3 days, however at times can be longer if they are backed up.
You have 5 business days to return an item from the date you received it if the item is unable to be worn due to rips or any other damage. Before we ship your order out to you we will do a quality control check to make sure that we are sending you a product(s) that you will be able to use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged and not able to be worn. However if we make a mistake on our end and not check over your package we will honor our return policy and send a shipping label and process refund, but you will need to have a receipt and or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
